Book Signing Event with Dr. Sangita Swechcha in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, Nepal – Book Hill Int’l is hosting a book signing event on 22 March 2025 featuring UK-based writer Dr. Sangita Swechcha, who is currently in Kathmandu. Following a series of successful book signings in the UK, this event offers Nepali readers the opportunity to meet the author and have their copies of her books signed.

Dr. Swechcha will be signing her recent publications, including Rose’s Odyssey, a short story collection; Seto Siundo, a novel; Gulaf Sangako Prem, a short story collection; and her edited books A Glimpse Into My Country, an international short story collection; and Himalayan Sunrise, a literary collection.

“I am very delighted to have this event in Kathmandu, and I look forward to meeting literary enthusiasts and interacting with them,” said Dr. Swechcha.

Poets Mani Lohani and Sushmita Nepal will also be present to recite Dr. Swechcha’s poetry, along with their own compositions, adding to the event’s atmosphere.

Reflecting on her past connections with the poets, Dr. Swechcha shared, “I am very grateful to poets Mani Lohani and Sushmita Nepal for their love and support for this event. We were fellow writers in our teenage years, and their passion for literature and enthusiasm for the event make it even more meaningful.”
