Nepal Dialogue UK Webinar on Solutions for Ex-Gurkha Issues

London, UK – The Centre for Nepal Studies UK (CNSUK) is organising the second session of the Nepal Dialogue UK Webinar Series, which will feature an in-depth discussion on the progress and possibilities regarding the resolution of issues faced by ex-Gurkhas.

This webinar will bring together expert panellists to discuss Nepal-UK relations, the rights of Gurkhas, and the ongoing efforts to address their concerns. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in the discussion.

His Excellency Chandra Kumar Ghimire, Nepal’s Ambassador to the UK, will be the Guest of Honour at the webinar.

The discussion will feature prominent speakers, including Alex Baker, MP and Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Nepal; Major Judbahadur Gurung, Negotiator for the British Gurkha Case; Premila Van Ommen (Tamang), Director of Gurkha Equal Rights; and Alex Crawford, Councillor at Rushmoor Borough Council and Founder of ‘We Love the Gurkhas.’
