Genese Solution cleared in electronic transactions case

Kathmandu, 24th October 2024 –  The Kathmandu District Court has given clearance to Genese Solution – a UK-based value IT consulting company- in the electronic transactions case.

 Kathmandu-based Sundar Group of Companies had filed a case against Genese Solution more than two years ago claiming that they had violated the Electronic Transactions Act 2008. A single bench of Judge Khimanand Bhusal on Tuesday ruled that there were not adequate evidence to implicate Genese Solution in the case

It will take a few weeks for the court to make public the full text of the decision, an official at the district court said.
